Beautiful view near the best beach. Family-run hotel. Iason and the team couldn’t have done more for all the guests.

The gardens were beautiful and well kept. There was a small private area of sunbeds further down the gardens and you can swim from there by some steps . It was clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you

No mosquito nets and no tea making facilities in the room as described - this was discussed with the manager and he was going to rectify the advert. (There was a summer veranda area that you can make hot drinks and where breakfast was served ) The steps into and out of the sea are not for the faint hearted!

Absolutely loved the peace and quiet, beautiful grounds and gardens. Homemade breakfast daily. Owner very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again.

There are places to lay out but not really beach access. Mattresses could be more comfortable.

This establishment is everything that's good in life. The place is beautiful, very well located, with a private beach, exquisite breakfast, and unbeatable staff. The owners were charming. We will definitely return next year, and we hope to see them in Gran Canaria 💖

This is a gem of a hotel! I only stayed for two nights, but will definitely make sure I stay for longer next time. Staff were really lovely. I was offered breakfast (even though it hadn’t started for the season yet), and was made to feel very welcome. The bathing spot down the pathway is amazing. Great place!

- the house is located in a beautiful place with a huge garden, - quiet, peaceful area with direct, private access to the sea, - comfortable room with a great view (nice balcony) - outside dining area with the kitchen (great place to socialise with other guests) - delicious cake from the host! - amazing, helpful hosts (great Jason)! Highly recommended in or outside the season!

Peace, comfort, tasty breakfast, wonderful landscape

The location and the view from the apartment are truly superb. Nice choice of beaches within walking distance, and a small private platform/seating area on the sea for the apartments. Most mornings the owner's mother left a lovely homemade cake in our room. Fairly easy bus connection into Skopelos town (2 euros each way). The owner was prompt in responding to some issues that we raised.

I think it could have been much clearer that there is no breakfast provided after 1st October - especially as most of the Reviews say how marvellous is the breakfast provided by Jason. We understood that no breakfast was included in the price we paid - but that is not the same as saying no breakfast available at all... Also, it seems a bit crazy when there are no tavernas or restaurants in the area. There was a communal food preparation area - but the facilities were very poor - like 2 teaspoons for all the guests, and one pan big enough to boil a single egg in. Not good enough - and we were given a bit of an unlikely excuse involving the local Covid Inspector... Finally, I think that it would make perfect sense to provide a kettle in each room with some tea/coffee making facilities.

There is so much to like about this property. It's very special on Skopelos. We stayed in a junior suite room which was newer with a gorgeous balcony and view. This property has its own private swimming cove, and is walking distance to a really nice beach (Stafylos) and is in a quiet location a couple of kilometers from town. A car is a plus, but the bus stop is just at the top of the hill. The host and crew are just great--Jason picked us up from the ferry and helped us get situated for a longer stay here by taking us to the market and helping us get a rental car delivered. He even told us about a restaurant co-op of ladies that make homemade Greek food and deliver it by scooter! The room was clean and beautiful and there was tons of hot water and in the off season there was a fresh breakfast cake available in the little communal kitchen. Overall this place is magical and peaceful and we can't wait to come back.

We liked everything, but just one suggestion for the future might be to consider an outdoor shower or rinse off station, since we felt bad about bringing seaweed grass and rocks into the room by accident.
