It was very clean and comfortable.

Maybe the water temperature for the shower. It’s either really hot or really cold.

The first thing we checked was the linens since I have eczema, and they were fresh and clean. The property had a pleasant smell and felt clean overall. It was conveniently located near my cousin's house and just a few steps from the train station. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after our long drive from Scotland.

Kleines schönes Zimmer mit Bad und kleinem Kühlschrank für Drinks! Schöne Einrichtung. Einmal die Woche würde sogar von einem Zimmerservice das Zimmer gereinigt und das Bett frisch bezogen! Wie im Hotel! Das war im Preis inbegriffen! Die Gemeinschaftsküche war gleich neben dem Zimmer und gut ausgestattet. Zugang zum Haus und Zimmer über Zahlencodes, deshalb musste man nicht auf Schlüssel aufpassen. Sehr nah am Torre-Bhf gelegen und nicht all zu weit von der Torquay Coach Station.

WiFi war etwas schwach, aber akzeptabel. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche war leider aufgrund der merkwürdigen Aperatur schwer zu regulieren.

We had trouble finding the hotel sign hid behind a plant, the key pad to front door was hard to see the numbers in daylight, we could not get the shower to run at a nice temperature either too hot or too cold, the conditioner pump didn't work,

Handy for everything, great value for money.
