Modern decor Clean All essentials covered Main room bed was very comfortable

Fridge in room did not work (did not bother us) Ideally would have liked a 4th chair in the shared kitchen The click clack fold out bed in the 2nd room was disappointingly uncomfortable ( we did not realise that a fold out bed was in the 2nd room)

It was bright, clean and the decor felt luxurious

There’s only a couple of parking spaces

Everything. The properly was absolutely lovely! I’m a little flamingo obsessed myself so I had to book this one up! Well decorated and maintained. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Host very helpful. Rooms tidy and clean. Good kitchen facilities

Decoration

There was some kind of marks or stain stuck to the wall by the toilet feel that should’ve been cleaned. I had the room number five which is above the front door no slow closes on the doors. People going out for cigarettes one in the morning every half an hour Door slamming banging shit all the time ashtray underneath the front window. Should move it to the other side of the car park, don’t want to smell cigarette smoke when the windows open. Woke up at 7:30 in the morning by some idiot shouting his mouth off slamming doors trying to ring somebody in charge of the hotel claiming that someone had been in his room. No one on site to deal with this idiot.

Stayed with the kids and had a lovely time. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It felt very cosy. Great location, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for a family trip.
