Location was both good and not good - very central but parking was difficult. Located over a restaurant that plays loud music all day till 11pm and the extractor fan is noisy. Host was lovely but as we spoke little Italian communication was not easy (I do speak French but the host has enough French to check you in and little more) Dog was adorable but unusual to have a dog left alone in a B&B space. Terrace lovely but only free in the evenings. Ice cream shop next door is a winner.

Smell of smoke - I think someone was smoking on the terrace. Could be my poor Italian but no breakfast offered. Very surprised at some of the high scores. Nice but not great for the price. Stintino beaches are sooooo busy even in September.
