Right on the lake- amazing view from our balcony Very central for restaurants in Tuk Tuk. The hotel restaurant was ok for breakfast. Great value large rooms. Comfortable beds. There was an area to sit on the lakeside and swim from the property. We could rent a motorcycle here for 100,000 per day. There are a lot of steps down to the lake but there is a handrail - this is not a suitable hotel for small children or people with mobility issues.

The lighting in the bedroom was very poor/ dark There wasn’t enough plug sockets- they should invest in electrical extension bars. The restaurant could have nice soft music to give atmosphere- we didn’t eat dinner here. They need to make the lakeside seating area nicer / clear the weeds and make it pretty with plants and good seat cushions. We used another hotels space as it wasn’t very nice to sit here. There may be some noise from Kareoke in the neighbouring property but they turned it down when I asked.

Super mooi uitzicht over het meer, behulpzaam personeel en een makkelijke uitvalsbasis om een scooter te huren of Tuktuk te verkennen.

Rent og dejlige senge. Varmt vand.

Væggene er ikke lydtæt på nogen som helst måde. Der var nogen der larmede ved siden af os hver morgen og aften.

We got the new wing of the guesthouse with very good lake view. All furniture in the room looks new. Most important, the room and bathroom is clean. Location is good, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafes. Cool weather at night, comfortable strolling through the street at night. Staff very helpful. Will try their best to accommodate our request. For the price we pay, value for money.

There is another hotel called Pandu Hotel at the other side of the island. The ferry sends us wrongly to Pandu Hotel, instead of Vandu's Guesthouse, despite showing the ferry operator the hotel name listed in the Bookings.com. We need to travel on our own from Pandu Hotel to Vandu's hotel using private becak, as Vandu's not able to provide pick up from Pandu Hotel. Would be good if nice if pick up service is available. Would be good also to inform the ferry operator Vandu's is different from Pandu.
