Tzaneen White House Lodge seemed great. The disappointment was with the alternative accommodation I was offered.

The "Unfortunately your room was double booked" speech sounded like a well rehearsed scam. The alternative wasn't as appealing and far from luxurious.

Friendly staff, helpfull, and the location

A room with four beds, open shower, open bath? A bit ridiculous. Four people need more privacy, and the rooms are huge, there is enough space to make it more private. I dont know about the other rooms, but our room could be more private. It is not only married people who travel in groups
