El personal no entiende nada de ingles, era muy dificil comunicarse, el agua de la pileta tenia olor raro, el personal no ayuda en nada

Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious room

Very basic amenities, dodgy WiFi, construction onsite so not very peaceful

Honestly the best spot in Uluwatu! It’s right on the edge of the cliff looking out to the ocean. The pool sits on the edge and is beautiful. The staff are very nice and it’s just a short scooter ride into town.

The bathroom was a little run down, needed to fix some doors. Other than that everything is beautiful!!

Nothing! Worst stay.. actually I wasted my 1.5 whole day here

Parking, it was very far from hotel, you have to take your luggage yourself as this property has only 2 females to assist. In room there was no water, kettle nothing, room was untidy, the worst part was when I went out from the room at night I saw a big very big kind of lizard or may be crocodile I don’t know what was that at stairs and rushed back to the room and it was very scary. Only the room view was better which was infinity pool facing along with sea. But that view isn’t worth it if you don’t get any assistance, I took my luggage to my self upstairs. The women’s aren’t helpful at all. You have to purchase the water even. You can’t even climb down from the cliff to the main sea because it was at shitty height. But yeah there is a steep way that can take you down but I won’t recommend.

It was clean and had a nice outdoor area. Nice bed shower.

The boiler was turned off so had to call someone to turn it on for hot water. Poor WiFi. Looks like a partial building site as not completed.

We loved the view of the waves from the infinity pool.

The location and views of the hotel are amazing. Small, private and close to everything you need. The staff is very kind and friendly
