- The rooms were clean. - Filtered water was available. - You didn’t hear much noise from the main road.

- Road was a bit busy at the top of Pecatu.

Cheap room, you get what you pay for.

The blankets were so small it was impossible to be fully covered (i’m smaller than the average). There was construction work going on next door which i would have liked to be warned about.

Location is good. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was okay but you very much get what you pay for.

Walls were moldy, there were stains on the sheets, the room is very basic. Towel was cleaned but stained. No extra toiletries. The garden is overgrown and the pictures are deceiving on Bookings.com, the home stay is less luxurious than it appears.

The hotel offers a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bed in my room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Additionally, for the price, it provides great value, particularly considering its convenient location. However, there are areas for improvement. The bathroom in my room was notably small, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Furthermore, room maintenance could be enhanced; I noticed some wear and tear that should be addressed to improve overall guest satisfaction. Lastly, the wifi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected and productive during my stay. Overall, while there are some drawbacks, the hotel still offers many positives that could appeal to those prioritizing comfort and value.

Good place to stay for a few days.
