Decent price. Friendly guest house quite near the city centre; bus from the nearby main road only took about ten minutes. Kitchen facilities including complimentary coffee. Parking available onsite or on the street outside.

The bathroom featured an unnecessarily large sink unit which made sitting on the adjacent toilet difficult. Lack of an electric fan. Brasov is not as hot as other parts of Romania so I can understand the decision not to install air conditioning but they should at least provide an electric fan to make the room more comfortable.

Very nice place, friendly host, always available. Sadly, I didn't have much time to hang around because of my "busy schedule" (festival), but this would be a nice quiet place to stay if you want to explore Brasov at a more relaxed pace. It is a walking distance from the new city center, and there are also a couple of restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation itself to the way we were welcomed and treated: Felix and his wife invited us to have some snacks and a chat with some of their friends and he even cleaned our muddy boots when he cleaned his because he saw we left them in front of the door! The room was very clean and spacey, the temperature was great even with no AC and the location is a big plus - quiet residential area, parking spots, close to some shops and hidden culinary gems. Definitely recommend! :)
