Loved the decoration, bedroom and balcony on the 2nd floor and little kitchen with bathroom in the 1st Greece mykonos vibes Staff are very nice

The location was great. It was close to alot of restaurants. The rooms were always clean.

1 morning they had a pipe issue so there was no water in the morning. They were able to fix it by noon time.

Lots of discrepencies from booking.com vs the actual hotel, such as check in time and some facilities. Their website says you can book a late check out but this wasnt something we could do either. The hotel closes at 5pm, meaning no restaurant on site or ability to check in properly after this time.

The staff is really friendly and make you feel welcome. The location is perfect, near restaurants and shops. The food from the restaurant is good.

The stairs to go to the room are not handy and dangerous. The ceiling from our room was also very low. It rained a night and rained inside the bed and room.

Initially, I thought staying at Despacito will be a little chaotic as it is a loft and seems like it is a party hotel. Boy, was I wrong! The hotel was super duper clean, quiet, peaceful and lovely! The stairs to the loft was a little tough on me as I was sick during that period. It was a lovely lovely hotel as it is in the centre of all the yummy restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The staffs are helpful and very hardworking (always cleaning and sweeping). Our receptionist, Ayu is a friendly and lovely lady. Would love to be back again!

The location was very central to everything I needed. My room was over 2 floors, had plenty of space and nice comfy bed. It was clean and in good working order.

The pool was on the small side but great for a quick dip.

The room is spacious and the best shower you will get in Bali

The restaurant/bar didn't have much on the menu

It is a very very nice place to stay in Uluwatu! And very central! Food is also very good
