Pague 2 habitaciones y solo me dieron una doble la cama estaba dura y la habitación estaba fea, la verdad siento que me estafaron yo pague 2 habitaciones y no se hicieron responsables

La tranquilidad

La chica que me recibió el sábado 11 de octubre a las 3 pm aproximadamente muy poco amable, solo cumple con dar las indicacciones no me sentí bienvenida estoy acostumbrada a hospedajes más calidos con mejor servicio, amabilidad, opciones. Yo no sabía que hay desayunos o algo así salimos a comer fuera

"Because they had us moving rooms. They offered us breakfast to compensate but only the first day."

We liked the outdoors garden but they were installing pool so they had cement and trucks. So we couldn’t enjoy it. We left the hotel on the 3rd day/got it for 5 days. But left anyways.

I thought breakfast was going to be included. They had us hopping from room to room because in one the toilet didn’t work. One didn’t have air conditioning and finally we got the middle room. It was inconvenient with luggage and all. Then the second day the staff said we needed to pay but we had payed in full 2weeks before. I had to show them my bank statement.

Me gustó que estaba a unas pocas cuadras del malecón, era muy limpio y bonito el lugar, la habitación estaba amplia y cómoda, las personas eran muy amables y el desayuno estaba rico.

Mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado.

Nos gustó mucho el jardín, la tranquilidad del lugar, la atención amable del personal, el desayuno es una gran opción, y nos encantó que fuimos a una carrera en el centro y la ubicación del lugar nos ayudaba a llegar fácilmente. Se siente como estar en casa de algún familiar por la forma en que te tratan y la decoración del espacio. La cama fue cómoda
