HUThe accommodation was located in a nice and calm environment. The supermarket was rather close (10 mins by car). We were placed in the upper studio apartment which was clean and okay. However it was really hot (no airconditioning). There was a grilling opportunity which we used and was nice to have.
The spa and wellness was out of order. At the day of the booking, we specifically asked the accommodation whether the spa was working and got no answer. We recieved a message from them at the arrival day that the spa of course was not working. This was really sad and disappointing. We also got information about an online check-in and recieved misleading information for downloading 2 different apps and registration was needed (I downloaded only one of the applications). The payment on the application was not working and we had to transfer the money in a different way. There were no toiletries, which I think it would have a great impact in the overall experience. And the towels were awful.
