"Worst ever experience in New Metro"

Only the location of this hotel is very near to Apollo Hospital, other than that nothing is there in this hotel

There is no service provided by the staffs in the reception. There is only one cleaner named Vasant who literally donot provide any service not even cleaned the room. The other guy senior of Vasant is completely useless and very very unfit in hospitality industry. He, usualy play mobile game entire day not doing anything, worst than Vasant and claim to be manager of this hotel.We stayed ground floor with a high price. Only for the location we extended our stay and did not changed our hotel. Please dont choose this while booking, even near by Hanu Reddy and Grand tower and other hotels are almost in the same price.We were really anxious that Wifi keeps going down every now and then and same is for cable TV connectivity. Overall experience is worst. The only good thing its location is near by Apollo Hospital thats it nothing else.
