The place was so cool,very clean

The entire place,the smiling staff

The kind staff who. Assisted us during our stay the lovely views

There needs to be basic kitchen equipment such as a peeler strainer for rice, curry spoon more pots only one pot to cook maybe a table to eat

The quietness first night,then second day kids where up and down the stairs making it difficult to rest

The shower is so small very uncomfortable, breakfast choices not so great,rather exclude it in price,best to my my own to have variety, thought Aus Lenah tried her best to make it nice, problem is when u say breakfast included as other places one will expect to have variety

The breakfast was nice, however the relish which we had with pap and wors was too sweet, it would be nicer with less sugar.

We had to wait a bit longer for the breakfast which delayed us a bit from our day plan.

The property was good. Once we got access all was good.

The service from the owner was terrible. We arrived at the gate, but nobody opened despite several phone calls and texts. Our texts and calls were only returned an hour later, so by the time we accessed the property we were frustrated.

The staff was friendly, but on our arrival we just got the key by the door I was speaking to the lady home I never saw, that did not even make a way to come see if we comfortable

On day 2 morning we did not have electricity for the whole day, only around 18h00 when I call I was told thateskom is aware and they did not come,i had flue already I asked the lady how we gonna sleep in the cold room that's when she said she will make a plan of gas heater. Around 20h00 electricity cane back but we did not have water 😔till the next day there was no update about the water. We went for breakfast and left without Bathing and there was not even a heads up of the progress of getting water. The owner is very bad at communicating with guests.
