Red Lion Accommodation

The room was perfect for my needs. The owner was extremely helpful. Short bus journey/walk to shopping centre.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation. Eating out could be costly

I found my stay to room to be everything that it was advertised as and the owners to be more than helpful and I really appreciated them going to extra mile to help me out when I needed it. Couldn’t really ask for more.

The location was fine for our needs, however the Bookings.com link say "red Lion Accommodation". The accommodation is nothing to do will the Red Lion Pub anymore and the provider of the rooms should inform the relevant links....Bookings.com etc as we booked the accommodation based on the fact it was the Pub!!

We booked the accommodation on the understanding it was, Bed and Breakfast as per the Bookings.com link! when we arrived we were told NO breakfast would be provided!! We would not have stayed if we knew this was the case and could have stayed in Abingdon were there was such accommodation. I feel we should be given a refund based on wrong advertising, subsequently we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Perhaps the owner should look at revamping the bathroom. Its very tight to get into the shower due to the sink position and the shower door opens into the room!!

It was clean and cozy.

I didn't have breakfast. Room was large enough and plenty of room to move about. Comfortable and clean.

Rugs by the side of the bed were slippy. Could do with some non slip tape underneath them.

Room right on busy road so very noisy. Bathroom tiny. Expected accommodation to be in the Red Lion pub- it isn’t!
