I liked your staff, this guy who was doing reception was very nice and professional, the Cosy room

The blanket, it smelled, perhaps use some star soft and just used room sprays to freshen up the rooms

Nothing really

Very welcoming staff. They even offered us a heater because it was cold when we arrived. Our room was exactly as the pictures. It was great.

The bed was not that comfortable and the bathroom had no hot water for some reason.

Everything. Room was clean. Modern.

I liked EVERYTHING

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Close to malls.

Weird glass on the door which allows someone to look inside. Had to cover it with a towel as there wasn't a curtain to block that out.

Quiet

The wind that enters through the balcony door. It was 2 single beds together, although I can't remember if I had booked a double bed or not. Even so I would think that the host would accommodate accordingly once seeing that me and my wife. Granted that we checked in after 9pm, I can understand not to do anything that might. However the next day, they should of make plans accordingly. Only 1 plug point via an extension cable to the fridge and kettle, and another one for the DSTV and TV monitor. Luckily I had an extension cord. The toilet issue is a problem, as the toilet guy got a little more that 80 %, of his pay know it's an issue to get out. It's a bit water problem.
