Bucana beachfront guesthouse

Food is great and very cheap, staff is very helpful and always on the toes to give you a great experience. Organized a lot of tours and trips for me even though I am not easy to please. This is my third time to come back to this place. It is not many tourists or salesmen and less than 45min to reach world class diving with mantas and sharks and really beautiful reefs. One morning we had hundreds of turtles hatching on the beach just next to the hotel.

I like that it is a rough road to get here, ads to the adventure.

The hosts are amazing! Very helpful, very kind, amazing people. I already miss them! I've booked the room for few days, but due to health reasons I couldn't stay. They have been asking me how I feel and helping whole time, even when I wasn't there anymore. Incredible people ☺️ The view in front-so pretty.

Basic room and bathroom, no hot water. However, I didnt come to Philipines to stay in 5 star hotel. This accomodation is worth its price. Hard to get there, but with the host help it was ok.

Owners were very helpful and fixed a lot of stuff that would be expensive for me as a guest to do on my own. Everything from lending out their personal stuff to drive me here and there and sharing their stories in a personal way. They were my personal guides. Even invited me to dinner with their family.

The road to the property is a little bit bumpy.

People was amazing so friendly and very good service, I love the place was so relaxing I enjoyed mi time with my parents, they have private beach, food was delicious all the guys was so friendly and nice persons, I will never forget my stance in this place. The Hotel is really difficult to reach you cannot go entirely with tricycle and everything is far. The room does not have the sea view as advertised on booking, and nor has a balcony, also the room is small, and the AC is an expensive option (1000 pesos per 24h!)
