The Warwick

Nice location close to a car park that's free from 6pm to 8am. Lovely clean room with a beach view. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and pillows. Well stocked box of instant hot beverages. Kitchen facilities for guests.

Shower took a long time to heat up. Run the hot water in the wash basin until that heats up and then you won't spend so long faffing about in the shower.

Very good location for both the beach and the harbour. Fantastic views from our harbourside room watching the boats going up and down the harbour and the yatchs coming and going. Everything had been thought of in the room including hair dryer, a fan, toiletries and even a couple of bottles of water placed in the room. Plenty of fluffy clean towels. Toilet rolls and replacement tea and coffee on the landing to help yourself to. Very quiet in the night so had a great sleep. We had a good easy to use electric powered shower so no problem with the water temperature or pressure.

After a great sleep a bit of an early awakening from the noisy Seagulls which can't be helped at the seaside so not fair to mention but I really can't find anything else to moan about!

The location is very central to most of Weymouth,the fact your not greeted on arrival suits us, getting in to hotel was simple

Everything was good,we had to pay a deposit ,not sure why, owner says money will be refunded in 2 5 days,let's hope

We had a wonderful weekend in Weymouth! The Warwick was one of the highlights. Perfect location and very central to the main attractions of the area, easy to get to Durdle Door and other beaches. The accommodation is very well equipped, even more than what is mentioned in the booking. A cozy and comfortable place, not to mention the wonderful host it has. I would come back again.

You cannot choose the room and we didn’t now the WC is separated from the room

After staying at the Esplanade many times the view front & back was lovely. The bed was clean & comfortable the towels were very nice .

The first impression of the building at the front was awful tatty and unkept,the entrance door was filthy also the mat was very worn & dirty,the building smelt damp the meet & greet wasn't what we expected.Issues in room the mirrors had hand prints the bucket chair nearest the window had dried chocolate all down it,there were dirty ear cleaning buds under the small table & the fridge had mould at the bottom.on our floor we could not replenish tea coffee sugar or milk because everything was empty,there was just a couple of toilet rolls,we didn't know about the dining or kitchen area because the we got the message late.
