Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und soo hilfsbereit. Da fühlen wir uns gleich zuhause! Das Frühstück ist Mega lecker! Und verabschiedet wurden wir mit einem Hug! Sensationell!! Wir sind wirklich oft unterwegs, aber das ist wirklich etwas Besonderes! Ganz lieben Dank!

"a true gem in aviemore where you feel at home"

everything was just perfect. the hosts kirsty and kevin are extremely warmhearted and friendly people that make you feel at home at once. the guest house is within easy reach of the centre of aviemore but very quiet. the cosy room offers a lovely view to the garden where you may see deer that feed on the blossoms of the apple tree. the breakfast is absolutely delicious and kirsty was so kind to make us sandwiches and tea as we had to leave early.

pity we had to leave after four wonderful days

Rien tout était parfait, peut être que le système de douche pourrait être optimisé (pression et chauffage)

Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms in an absolutely gorgeous location. Kirsty & Kev were delightful and friendly hosts who cooked amazing delicious breakfasts and gave helpful tips for sightseeing and walks. The guest house is conveniently located in Aviemore (train, shops, pubs / restaurants) but also quiet and easy for car parking.

Wonderful stay. The accommodations are comfortable and well cared for, and Kirsty and Kev are kind and attentive hosts. They had so much energy and enthusiasm. They are the best! They helped with our daily plans and offered lots of local insight. They are the stars of this place! Breakfast was a highlight. Every evening you could select what you want for breakfast. They had every option you can imagine. We loved the fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, and delicious eggs from their own chickens. It was a huge spread of delicious and thoughtfully prepared food. My son especially loved the fruit and pancakes. Plus you could chat with Kirsty and Kev! I don’t know how we will go back home to our normal breakfast routine. Would definitely stay here again! It was brilliant.
