The location is good! Close to parks, restaurants, bus, tram and metro connections. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. Hot shower, towels, toilet paper, and soap were included. Wi-Fi worked well.

The toilet especially the shower doesn’t look clean but for easygoing travelers is good enough. Blankets in the room would be good for chilly nights. It works as a self check-in and the process of the payment feels strange and not very welcoming. As soon you are in the room he wants you to write him and put the money in a mail box and send him a video of the process. If you don’t do it in the next 20’ he writes you again. What if you don’t have the exact money? But then 20’ later he came to pick it up… It is very noisy because of its proximity to the traffic on the street (it is a first floor).

Comfy beds, good location, helpful host, very cheap price, easy to find.

Room size was ok.

I always use cheap, basic accommodation when travelling, but this is by far the worst accommodation experience in my life. 1) The place was very dirty, noisy and neglected. In the pictures looks nice and clean but once you arrive is not like that. 2) The shower broke during our stay due to the its careless conditions, not being able to have a proper shower, the other WC was leaking the whole time. 3) After travelling for 20 years, this was the first time that leaving our luggage in a common area (not in the room) after checkout was not possible. Their solution was to leave then in the room and charging us 50% of the room for the next day. 4) The worst part is the insisting owner, who repeated us several times (Whatsapp, calls, etc) to pay him just minutes after our arrival. To sum up, avoid this place if you want to have a happy stay in Belgrade.
