We really enjoyed our stay, very nice host and good location!

The room size only.

The beds were not comfortable. Both twin beds observed damaged, stong springs felt during sleep leads to discomfort all night long. We requested to change the room, but according to the owner, the beds were fine and previously no one complaint. In addition, no curtains were present, so the dawn of crack lightning the room very bright at 5:25am in the morning. Full of dissatisfaction. The place was almost 29 to 35 mins walk from republic square (city center) by walk.

its ok, the location is convenient. there are many shops around it. also a parking next to the property which was great.

the communal areas were not clean, bathroom was a dirty- had to clean before using it. The room was ok, but loud as hell. All the doors are crackly and noisy. The property is on the main road and insulation is not great so you hear everything from the streets. Also, would be a good idea to black out the door of the room to avoid having the communal area light coming in your room at night time

The room was cheap and had the basics: bed and the furniture to leave your things. There also was the shower with hot water. The guy that rents the room was kind and attentive.

It's a noisy room. There was a window to a busy street where cars and buses pass constantly. The toilet could have been cleaner. But for the price is what you could expect.

It has a good dining room and a refrigerator to store food.

- It is not clear if you have to pay a city tax, but my reservation says that a VAT tax is included. -The shower and toilet are leaking and that causes the bathroom floor to flood.
