Riad Gabsi Dades

A great place within walking distance of the Monkey Fingers Canyon entrance. We were given a beautiful, spacious room with an impressive bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was the best we had during our entire two-week stay in Morocco. A pool with a mountain view – stunning!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We felt at home right away. Stunning views, a refreshing pool, and spacious rooms. The breakfast was delicious, made entirely with organic products, and the five-course dinner was full of flavor.

Nothing really bothersome, though the air conditioning could have been a bit more powerful. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Hasan und seine Familie waren mega gastfreundlich und unterstützend. Sogar für die spontane Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes haben sie eine Lösung gefunden. Das Zimmer war eine Wucht. Riesengroß und Platz für 6, quasi als Maisonette mit 2 Bädern. Der Pool hoch über dem Tal ein Traum. Und nur 2km zu Fuß zu dem Monkey Fingers Canyon. Besser geht im Dades-Tal nicht, denken wir. Abendessen als mega Menu fast zuviel und sau lecker.

Hassan et son équipe sont aux petits soins et font tout leur possible pour se mettre en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Notre chambre familiale était immense et parfaitement équipée. Nous avions un souci de voiture et Hassan nous a directement mis en relation avec un de ses ami mécanicien. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est délicieux et très copieux.

De belles chambres très confortables avec une table d hote exceptionnelle et de qualité, tout le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et serviable et la piscine est très agréable. Le meilleur adresse de notre séjour

I loved everything about this hotel It is a bit of a drive up to the gorge so you could also stay in a hotel closer to the gorge but we were happy we chose this place

This is the spot to be. Excellent views, excellent 5 course meal and a warm family that will take care of you. Look no further

We stayed one night from Feb 18-19 in the Chambre Quadruple room. This was probably one of our most surprising (positive) stays at our 2 weeks trip through Morocco. We stayed one night at the Riad on our way to Merzouga for one night. A great and positive experience! Run by a lovely and engaged family. Decoration: old stylish flair with a lot of as we would say at home older collector items. Great roof top, great rood top pool. We had one of the Quadruple rooms - our room was insanely large with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms with an old fashioned, yet super authentic and lovely flair and we entered the Riad from the back through the kitchen - what an experience!! Dinner was rich and tasteful a lot of great food and with a great service. Be careful when you come by car: Google Maps was not accurate and brought us 7km further up the valley (don’t type in: Gabsi Dades, type in: Gabsi du Dades) – Riad is on the left side on the road up the hill). If this Riad does not deserve a great recommendation then who would? If you have time and a car, then drive all the way up to M'semrir at around 2000m altitude- it takes you roughly 3 hours up and down with a lot of photo stops in between it is a spectacular landscape!
