I visited during the beginning of autumn and this part of town was very quiet. The cable car area is more busy. Great views of the mountain from the street outside the building.

Clean

Nobody to give info, poor room, place empty in remote location. Information on facilities incorrect. No facilities in the room, before departure ( the only time we saw anybody) were told that there are some facilities downstairs somewhere. Recomend, possibly try somewhere else.

The kitchen is well equipped, rooms clean, street parking - however parking in winter might be busy.

Our bathroom was quite old and the shower flooded the bathroom. The checkin process was not easy - seems like it is more popular in the winter then the summer as we had to call and wait for staff to arrive to check us in.

Calm location close to the forest and mountains, spacious and clean room

The place seemed abandoned: we received no check-in instructions (only after calling when we stood in front of a closed reception), furniture was old and some amenities in the bathroom were broken, noise from other rooms could be heard, the garden was nice but not at all maintained (garbage lying around), a poor dog was chained all day to his hut

I liked the position of the guesthouse, right next to the Kalinderu slope. Impressive mountain view, but only from the street or the yard. The room where I stayed had a view towards the other side. The room was spacious.

The room smelled strongly of tobacco, like in a tavern. The room wasn't clean at all. Not even the garbage was collected over a period of four days (three nights). The room didn't have a balcony. The dining area or kitchen were difficult to access and dimly lit. Accommodation was very challenging. We didn't see anyone throughout the stay, except when we were leaving, and even then, the person in charge of accommodations arrived with great difficulty. We waited an hour and a half for someone to show up. The guesthouse lacked amenities. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for accommodation.
