Отель расположен близко к горнолыжному курорту)

При заселении нас сразу встретил неприятный запах в номере. В комнате было грязно, в душевой стоял очень сильный, непонятный запах. На ресепшене не было персонала: в день заезда вечером никого не оказалось, и в течение всех трёх дней проживания стойка регистрации была пустой. Связаться с персоналом удалось с большим трудом. В номере было очень холодно. Также отсутствовала туалетная бумага, а обратиться с этим вопросом было не к кому из-за постоянного отсутствия сотрудников на ресепшене. Проживание оставило крайне негативное впечатление.

Готоль розташований у дуже зручному місті біля гірського витягу та курорту Ski Kalinderu. Готель та номери відповідають опису та фото. Дуже затишно та зручно.

Як що можно, частіше прати скатертини на столах у кухні.
