Excellent accommodation, clean, well serviced by generous facilities, overall great value. One of the best and helpful Hosts I have met in many years, in many countries - kind and supportive, with prompt communication, offering alternatives in any particular situation. The rest of the guests that we met in the very nice and ample kitchen dining, were return customers. Happy as larry. Large hotel chains should learn Customer Support from this fantastic lady.

All was great, zero complaints.Thank you!

The location, close to the Fun Park

The kitchen was very very dirty. In our suite, in the sofa bed area it was cold during the night. The facilities in the bathroom were very old and not maintained. The entire place was very dark, lightbulbs were almost dead. The price extremely high for what the place offers.

"Skiing holiday"

The best thing about the location of this unit was its priximity to the slopes.

The furniture was rather outdated.
