Well-maintained rooms, very clean, the kitchenette is a very nice feature. Good location - a quiet neighborhood, but with a shopping center and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Communication with the proprietor was a bit difficult due to the language barrier - but we managed in the end :)

Only (if it can be) disslike is a very, very thin & soft pillow.
