I like the location of the site

The room was not clean, I asked for one more blanket because I was so cold and they will not provide any, the person on WhatsApp does not answer the phone provided and did not reply to my messages until 24 hours later at least and he said we do not have any more blankets. The toilet was super dirty and there was not toilet paper and the shower was block so all the water went outside and inundates the whole bathroom so I have to go downstair to shower but it was always busy because there was a lot of rooms downstairs, the window cannot be open on the room.
