Libton Manor

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Terrill was also easy to contact and nothing to much trouble. The rooms cleaned on request and bedding and towels. Always hot water. A/C very good.

It is very tired and due an update if I’m being critical.

I had everything I needed in the room, except the TV wasnt working properly

Nowhere to sit in the shade outside. I was working on my laptop inside, but I could have worked outside if the wifi was better and some shade. InsteadI was stuck inside with only short breaks in full sun.

A very spacious and comfortable room with a balcony on the first floor. A huge comfy bed and stylish metal furniture that made the room appear even more spacious, The AC or ceiling fans to choose from when the room was getting too hot. Sockets conveniently just above the bed. A small but well working fridge in the room and a bottle of water at the start. The hotel is well located in the centre of the town, 10 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins from the supermarket and an ATM. The hotel owner Terrill was very friendly, flexible and ready to help with transport arrangement, printing my boarding card or a piece of information at any time of day or night. If I were to come back to Candolim, I would certainly stay there again.

Two things that would have made my stay even better would have been an electric kettle in the room and some shelf to put stuff on in the bathroom, because there was very little space on the washbasin for that.

Just off the main road, so wasn't affected by traffic noise. Friendly owner and staff. Had both fan and a/c but prefer just fan.

Room 105&(111) main road end of the hotel so road noise is constant 2000 India channels not 1 English. Did not like the checkout as he check every thing included if sheet &towels to see weather stain or not felt like a criminal.

Property is right at the heart of Candolim and that too at the main road (Baga-Calangute-Candolim). Lots of beach shacks and restobars are present in walking distance. Wifi was enough to work and take calls.
