Lovely freshly cooked to order breakfast. Very quite location just an easy stroll outside coniston but with the advantage of an inn over the road providing daytime and evening meals.

Magnificient bucolic setting with swallows darting about and lambs bleating. The apt was extremely well maintained, comfortable and the wonderful hosts had provided precisely all the things required for a comfortable stay complete with fresh milk and tea bags to see us through a late arrival.

The location is superb, we had a small room but very adequate for our stay, hosts were welcoming and an excellent breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.
