Tul kicsi terasz, a szemelyzetbol csak 1 holgy volt kedves.

Местоположението на хотела е отлично. Храната беше вкусна , порциите достатъчно големи. Персоналът отзивчив и усмихнат.

Хотелът не е нов и някои неща са се амортизирали .

Location and staff friendliness

Family room is very small for a family. The kids bed is a ‘bunk bed’ above the adult bed. Adult bed doesn’t even have space to walk around Reception and restaurant do not have a/c making these areas very hot

Great location. Very close to the beach. Great breakfast with different choice each day and cooked fresh. Very comfy beds and wonderful shower. Staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful. A good range of trips available- the snorkelling was fantastic. Amazing coffee!

The room was comfortable but quite small compared to other hotels but we had just travelled from Sri Lanka where they are much bigger so may have appeared smaller too. Could do with new wardrobe as was a bit tired. These are minor things. Everything else was great.

There was no lift and my husband isn’t good on stairs so it took a while for him to walk up or down

Övriga boenden vi bott på I Maldiverna har varit betydligt bättre. På Bliss tar de betalt för flera saker som andra hotel erbjuder fritt, tex snorklingsmask och fenor, kaffe.

Truly terrible experience. Nothing positive. Unfortunately, our stay at Bliss Digurah was extremely disappointing in every respect. Starting with the “all inclusive” booking, which is not truly all inclusive. At the time of booking on Booking, it was clearly stated ALL INCLUSIVE, but once we arrived at the property we were informed that only one dish of choice + dessert or appetizer was included. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we also discovered that the dishes we considered the best were not included, but simply offered at a discounted price. We then asked for a pizza, but the staff refused to prepare it, despite the table next to us having just ordered one. A ridiculous situation. At that point, we decided to leave to have dinner at Jasmine Coffee Club (excellent, highly recommended), but when we got up we were literally held back by the entire staff insisting that we stay. An extremely embarrassing scene. The rooms are tiny, truly giving the feeling of being on a ferry. As soon as we entered, we found a cockroach on the bed. The bathroom, also extremely small, does not even have a shower box: the shower floods the entire room. Moreover, the water was never warm (only cold) and the toilet emitted a strong and unpleasant rotten smell. At 6 PM, we requested to use the rooftop jacuzzi, but the staff refused to turn it on, saying it was too late. The following day we managed to try it, but it was in unacceptable condition: dirty, stagnant water. Not surprisingly, we never saw anyone else using it. We were not even supposed to stay at this guest house, but unfortunately our previous property was fully booked during the last days. In comparison, it was paradise. At Oasis Digurah, where we stayed before, we found the exact opposite: staff available at any time, impeccable cleanliness, and rooms always perfect.
