Lovely location, accommodation modern, great bed and facilities and spotlessly clean. Lovely garden with hot tub if your want to unwind. Great coffee and Freshly cooked quality Scottish Breakfast with plenty of items to chose from inc some continental items while it's prepped for you.

"We will return, it is just so relaxed."

Owners are so welcoming and friendly. The room and its en suite bathroom were very comfortable and the huge walk in shower a dream. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Lovely coffee, juices, fresh fruit salad and home made yoghurt.

Yvonne and Jim are a fantastic couple, the atmosphere is brilliant and the place is spotless. The breakfast is absolutely banging!😋

Theres nothing not to like, if you can find anything not to like, theres something wrong with you.
