Its very dated and water damage in the bathroom floor

Breakfast was good and not too far to walk.

Two problems: 1. On arrival there was just a faded notice on the window asking you to call a certain number. As I didn't have a mobile phone this was impossible - after waiting some time in the hope that staff would show up I had to ask another resident to borrow her mobile phone. It would have been easy to send the key-code by e-mail avoiding this problem. 2. The large TV did not work at all - no ariel connection so no channels available.

The room was spotless and well organised. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just to my joy. The area is quiet, meaning a good night's sleep. Parking is plentiful

There is a short hallway in room 1. During the evening, the hall light flicked on. At 2 a.m., I awoke to find it on. To cut a long story short, the landing switch activated the room 1 hall light.

nice facilities and location for a good price

Checkin involved calling a number that was on a sign printed at the front of the property. The sign was very very faded to the point I could hardly read it when I awwived at 8.45pm. would recommend reprinting

Very well appointed and comfortable room, exceptional breakfast and eating environment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Secure off road parking. Close to centre of town. Great place to stay.
