The location, the room, the cleanliness, basically everything but the stairs. However if you’re only traveling with a small suitcase or have someone with you it wouldn’t be a problem.

The stairs up to the rooms make it a bit hard to get to and from the room with the suitcases. The hosts helped me get the suitcases up though when I arrived, but I had to think of a creative way to get the big one down when I was leaving as I left early and didn’t want to bother the hosts.
