What i didn't like is that I wasn't allocated the room I booked and when I called it was argued that that the rate i paid was not for that room . I'm a genius member so I do get a better rate than other bookers . Also it takes many days and numerous messages to get an voice from this establishment.

It was good, but they should cater for early morning travellers. They should provide food packs for early morning travellers as the prices include breakfast. We were late for our appointments due to the rigid 7am breakfast start time

The check-in staff member was rude, argued with us for 2 hours regarding a booking we made. He wanted the proof although my booking was confirmed. He had the means to interrogate their systems for the veracity of our booking 4 beds, but he did not use this discretion. The manager was unavailable on her phone which was quite curious and suspicious. The rigid time for breakfast did not allow for early morning travellers to have an earlier breakfast, yet the prices include breakfast. We were not asked for our preference.
