Location, Janette the host was very friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately didn't make it up for breakfast as it was too early for us therefore, can't comment on that however, it sounded and smelt lovely! Car parking right at the front was a bonus and the location was good.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and leave our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out. The property was dated but kept very clean.

There was a warm familiar atmosphere that the corporate franchise hotels can’t compete with. A perfect central location, so there was no need to drive off to find restaurants or the seafront

Hi,I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel and could not find any faults in my stay. Janette is a lovely welcoming host and made my even better with a lovely cooked breakfast and a chat. Hopefully to return one day ...All the best from Rupert.
