Great location, excellent breakfast, Jeanette the owner was lovely and helpful , free parking on site , comfortable bed.

Janette was the most wonderful host. She waited up for us to arrive when our train was late and made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning, I wasn't sure how to get to the Winter Gardens, Janette walked us there herself so we didn't get lost. Nothing was too much trouble for Janette, such a genuine host. We will definitely return if we come back to Blackpool. The location is great too!

Janette was so lovely and very funny when we had a chat over breakfast. The breakfast was top class and catered to how we like it. The location was fabulous for a quick walk to the winter gardens as well. I'd definitely stay again.

The host looked after me really well and made me feel at home. Lovely breakfast and the place was nice and clean.

Room was as expected for a 2* hotel. TV, Coffee/Tea facilities, Hair Dryer + en-suite WC/Washbasin & Shower. Breakfasts were excellent and included in the room price.

Decor a bit old but redecs are in hand & about to begin.

Right from the beginning the landlady Janette was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. This is a budget hotel and obviously this is reflected in the price. Brilliant breakfast where Janette went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly stay again.
