The room was spotless, the location perfect and the staff friendly and accommodating.

What an amazing stay the owners were lovely The breakfast was fabulous exactly what we asked for. The rooms were spot on very clean great value for money The hospitality was fantastic nothing was to much to ask for

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a lovely stay. The hotel owner, Lesley is extremely friendly and her and her staff make it feel like a home from home. The rooms are comfortable and cosy and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The cooked breakfast is made to order and is absolutely delicious! It’s a great place to stay.

Each room has a theme which is fun (ours was James Bond). Good selection of tea and coffee and a working kettle. Shower was easier to operate than premier inn showers! Bible provided With one exception below, generally clean Cheap - you get what you pay for!

Obvious blood stain on the bedding. Missing TV remote Door was very hard to lock and unlock, despite extra instruction given, and the bathroom had no lock at all. The window would close, but it wouldn't seal properly which meant it was quite noisy. Of course I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, and for the price, it was okay, but as above there were issues. Sadly the owner was in hospital and as such, we seldom saw a soul during our 1 night stay, so we did not get the chance to order breakfast, however this was not an issue as it was much cheaper at a nearby Wetherspoons anyway.
