PHIL & Jane were very welcoming & very helpful, the room was absolutely lovey & the food was beautiful definitely booking again & would highly recommend.

Only part didn't like was leaving as everything was so perfect.

Hotel, was clean, tidy, and quiet at night. Owners were lovely. Breakfast was Amazing. Didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. Tram stop right at the end of the road. Great to get in and out with a day saver ticket. Definitely stay again..

Bed was soft but that was a personal preference. My daughter loved it.
