Location was good for tram stops and the beach

Deluxe room was far from Deluxe with too much clutter and all surfaces full of plants or lamps with no wall lights offering a more stylish feeling. single bed with NO headboard or bedside table to put a drink on forced in to the bay window area preventing us from easily closing curtains. Tiny sink and toilet area with a shower that had a very low flow rate. Radiator had no TR valve to alter or change temperature, it had previously been broken and not replaced. The owner refuted any of my issues and insists her changing the radiator temperature once herself was an adequate solution despite us having no control ourselves! She Insisted we had received a Deluxe experience. There is far better in Blackpool for £280 room only for a weekend and I wish I'd gone elsewhere with my 82 year old mother who was also very disappointed .

I love everything about this hotel! The owners were so welcoming and helpful. There were some yummy spooky treats waiting for us in the fridge. 2 of our children forgot to bring their winter coats and the hotel let us borrow some to keep them warm and saved us forking out extra. It is also a dog friendly hotel (we dont have a dog but we love them and also recommended this hotel to a friend who has 2). The rooms were lovely and comfortable, we loved the decor. The location is in a quieter area of Blackpool which was perfect. We will definitely be staying again.

I loved how homely it felt, and Lynn and Lydia couldn't do more for us. Very informative for our first time seeing the illustrations. Thank you for everything! We'd love to stay again.

Fantastic family and very welcoming

Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, room was lovely and had everything we could need. Extremely clean and the bed were so comfy. Our dogs were made so welcome and loved. Nothing was too much.

We loved everything. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were amazing, down to earth. The little added extra, for example, the free crisp, bottled water, were a lovely touch. Can not wait to stay here again

Great location on quiet street close to the seafront. We had no trouble parking. The room was spotlessly clean with very comfy bed and good quality bed linen. We really enjoyed hot tasty breakfast in the pretty dining room. Lynn and Lydia were wonderful hosts!!!
