"Cosy and comfortable, tranquil garden setting."

Location is wonderful. Very quiet area. Near the Montrose Village with a zillion fabulous restaurants and a Trader Joe's. High end decor, furnishings, and accessories. Charming small patio out front with fountain and two chairs. Even electric blankets to add to the physical warmth and coziness.

"Nice safe place but a but too small."

Safe. Nice neighborhood. It had two beds and an outdoor area for our dog.

A little too small for us. Had a few minor heating issues.

The location was a mile from the event I needed to attend in downtown Montrose. I liked the quiet residential neighborhood. There was ample street parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our home was undergoing renovations for a few days. This was near by. Really peaceful, clean, safe and the owner was welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend.
