Loved everything about The Kings House. My stay was exceptional and the host Jilly was so pleasant and kind. A real home from home and I would definitely recommend.

This was one of the most beautiful gardens in a private house I’ve ever seen. The owners were very welcoming and gave us a tour. The room had all we needed. Just worth highlighting that there’s no breakfast (fairly sure we were told this before booking). Lovely village, too.

A breakfast would have made it perfect but I’m sure we were told in advance it was just “bed”!

"Dissappointed"

From the advert on Booking.com, this looked like a Hotel, It even calls itself Kings House Hotel. When my colleagues arrived it was someone's private house. If we had have wanted that we would have booked on Air BNB. Very disappointed and did not stay. Have sent a complaint to Customer Services, Booking.com

Accommodation was nice, and hosts very friendly.

Food availability was an issue. Local pub was expensive and very poor quality.
