The location was superb. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and they provided clean towels and a soap.

The same problem I faced in my last stay, I faced again. There are either rats or birds in the walls of 3rd floor rooms. The entire night they made sound and kept me awake.

Hospitality and ambience.

Frozen water not available however staff managed from shops nearby. Availability of food court would be great as it will be a hustle free experience for the customers.
