Good location and comfy bed

We only stayed for one night. I see noticed a wet patch on the carpet and thought the cleaner may have spilt water. I discovered during the night that the toilet was leaking. Lots of mould in bathroom. We were expecting it to be pretty basic which was fine for a quick overnight stay, but the leaking toilet was not nice!
