Location convenient with good bus service to the centre

- The room was quite basic but cosy enough. - Having access to the shared kitchen, including use of a fridge, was great! This was clean and tidy with tea, coffee, etc. available. - The staff were really lovely when I needed to contact them. - If you don’t mind being outside the town centre, this seems a nice and reasonably quiet location (although it is on a relatively main road)!

- The check-in process was a bit of a faff and involved having to call to get a code to get your key. This was made more difficult as there was no light at the front of the house to read the instructions or put the key into the box. I don’t know why codes couldn’t be sent earlier by message instead? - The private bathroom was opposite my room rather than in it. It couldn’t be locked from the outside so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my things there as it could have been used by others (although I have no reason to think it was). - There were no toilet rolls in my bathroom BUT the staff were super helpful when I called to ask if there were any (there were: in a cupboard in the kitchen!) - The room could have done with a few improvements: the window handles were nearly falling off and the mattress felt quite old and hard and wasn’t very comfortable.
