There was a washing line right infront of the room and washing was allover the ground

Place was full of dust because the busy with that room no tv no nothing what the say when u book ,there was n rat in the house not gud at all

We booked 4 rooms but we were given 3 rooms. We were so shocked and disappointed when we arrived there....the beds were a disgraced... old beds stuffed with things underneath the mattress, they were not in good condition, no wardrobe, no mirrors, no TV as advertised, kitchen was a mess with broken cupboards, no cutlery, cups, plates, kettle, iron....yhoooo the pool was really a disaster also...as if there are frogs inside it. I felt like crying. Our basin was blocked up until we checked out. It was promising when we saw the pics of the house online but when we arrived there it was something else and it was dirty. The owner was very unprofessional, I asked him for more pictures of the house just a week before we checked in but he didn't respond to my emails and whatspp.I so wish he can sell the house to someone else who knows how to run a business. Our arrival was just a huge disappointment and ended up involving the police because we wanted our money back. He never told us that were going go share the house with other tenants.

The lady was very unfriendly, I was very late due the flights that been cancelled, and I battled to find the entrance. There was no toilet paper the plug of basin is stuged and I could not get it out. The single bed sheet got a big iron burn in it and a lot of scuff marks. The kitchen was durty and there was not a glass in site to drink water with. My tell. Number is 0609888898 my name is Alta.
