"2 night stay in one bedroom apartment"

I booked the apartment for mom and she loved the space and cleanliness. The owner was available to assist with an issue with the TV volume and helped sort it out very quickly. There was complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits when she arrived which was such a lovely personal touch. She felt safe and was even informed beforehand that an event would be taking place nearby so there might be some noise on the second night of her stay.

She only had one complaint and that was concerning another guest on the second night who was making noise at 2am leaving and entering their apartment frequently which woke her up. Other than that, she loved everything about her stay
