The bed was comfortable, and the security was good.

The maintenance in the room was poor. The shower door fell on me when I tried to open it! The sliders of the entrance door need to be replaced. They don't slide the door easily. The basin empties very slowly. Perhaps the drain is blocked? The blinds on the bathroom could do with a cleaning!

The location was of greatest importance to me, as I was visiting family nearby. I also valued the security and secure parking for my vehicle. Bianca and Chantal and their staff were also friendly and helpful and responded positively and promptly to my requests.

The Orange Room was adequate for a relatively small and tidy person, like myself. However, I could imagine that it might be a little cramped for a larger person, never mind a couple. I was comfortable enough, though.

Host and location were exceptional

Helper doesnt need to be afraid to tidy up personal property on cleaning days.

Bianca who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and the place was safe.

The units were not very clean it looks much nicer in the pictures than the actual place. Spider webs all over. The toilets were smelling of urine not sure if there's a leak so bad we had to leave the bathroom window open n close the door right through. There's no aircon had to make use of a manual fan
