Location beautiful. Allowed early check in and late check out.

The place was not 100% clean. No soap in the bathroom and show. Place sleeps 8 people but only 6 placemats and 6 plates. We had to wash everything before using. No ice machine as promised. No coffee machine as promised. Had to drive 30 minutes one way to buy ice and coffee. No wood supplied for the braai and boma. Had to drive back to the entrance to buy. No WIFI password supplied. No Loadshedding schedule supplied. No keys supplied for rooms. Towels dirty in some rooms. Some rooms did not have bath towels, only hand towels. Some rooms had kids coat hangers and no adult hangers.

The staff was not responsive at all, no one was there to welcome us or explain about the facilities and stay. No one told us about expected load shedding (power cut offs across south Africa) and it took them a while to respond when we found ourselves stuck in the dark in the middle of the bush...
