TR2 yatak odalı mutfağı olan ev tipi bir odada konakladık. Oda genel olarak temiz, ferah klimalı, tavandan pervaneli güzel aydınlatmalı donanımlı bir daireydi.
otelin girişi adeta hayal kırıklığı! Resepsiyon yok, kahvaltı alanı gibi bir yer var mutfakla birleşik tam otelin girişinde kalıyor fakat inanılmaz pis, bakımsız ve evden bozma bir görüntüsü var. 2 erkek gittik, bir bayan ile kesinlikle gidilmez paranıza yazık. Çalışan personel girişteki koltukta yatmış uyuyor, giriş yapmak için uyandırdık. Ne hoşgeldiniz, ne bir karşılama var! Davranışları oldukça kaba ve iletişimi zayıftı. Kahvaltı belirtilen saatte hazır değildi. Uyuyan personeli uyandırıp kahvaltı için bekledik fakat tur aracı geldi o sürede kahvaltı imkanından yararlanamadık. Odada sabun, şampuan, duş jeli, çay, kahve ve su yoktu. Çok temel şeylerden kaçınılmış maalesef. Konum olarak fena sayılmaz fakat hurgada merkeze taksi ile 18 dk da varabiliyorsunuz. Eğer hurgada merkezli bir tatil yapacaksanız otelin konumu pek de ilgili değil. Görevliden su istedik, çeşmeden arıtılmış su vermeye kalktı! Bu kadar imkansızlığın olduğu bit tesis için fiyatlar kesinlikle yüksekti. Şikeyetçi olduktan sonra ertesi sabah için sandviç meyve suyu ve paket su ile yolcu edildik. En azından bunu sağladılar.

Inhuman, racist, degrading treatment< I had a confirmed booking for the night of 29 to 30 March, with confirmation dated 29 November 2025, yet my family and I were left without accommodation when we arrived at around 1:30 a.m. We spent the whole night in the small lobby with no proper solution offered. One staff member could not speak English, and the other suggested unrealistic alternatives, including a nearby expensive hotel at our own cost. In the morning, the manager offered a free breakfast, but it was very poor and included food that appeared spoiled. What was most upsetting was that while all other guests were allowed to serve themselves, my family and I were not. When I tried to serve myself a coffee, she refused, even though everyone else was doing so. The whole experience felt degrading, discriminatory, and deeply inhuman. I would not stay here again and would strongly warn other travellers to avoid this property. I launched the official complaint; if not addressed, I am ready to go to the courts to get this property removed from the booking.com platform. >>
