Not clean and very cluttered. Needs a deep clean and removal of personal items. Dirty dishes left in sink.

There was no breakfast , contrary to the advertising. The exterior of the property was anything but beautiful and the interior was in need of cleaning and updating. The stairs to the dormer bedroom were dangerous. The kitchen hob was not clean and we were not prepared to use it. Whilst there were towels the bedding was less than pleasant. The property had an unpleasant odour and the exterior rear space had decking which was less than safe . Subsequently we were not prepared to stay in the property and sought accommodation elsewhere.

I cancelled this booking as when I arrived at the property it was nothing like the description the area was very run down and the property looked equally as bad . When I made the booking the owner contacted me by phone stating that another person (male0 had also tried to make the booking, ,and asked if i would be happy to share the bungalow with this male as there was another bedroom > I am single woman Traveller and did not know this man , why would I do that ? Also my booking had already been confirmed so how did he manage to reserve this also ? Very dodgy practice and would recommend this property be removed from the site .

Both TV's didnt work

Promised assistance didnt show

Large house, plenty of space. Loads of seating options, comfortable beds.

Towels were abit thin. They were not really towels.
